Lenoir City woman charged in
road death
A
Lenoir City woman was charged with vehicular homicide Nov.
14 when a man died after being struck by the womans
vehicle.
Loudon County Sheriffs Office deputies were called Nov. 13 to a wreck with an injury near Town Creek Road East. The caller had indicated a man was in the middle of the road and there were pieces of an automobile in the roadway. When officers arrived, they discovered the man was dead. According to the arrest report, the man was struck by Brandy Nicole Pearson, 43, who was at the scene when officers arrived but was not the person who called in the accident.
Deputies reported
Pearsons breath had a strong odor of alcohol and she
told them she did not know what had happened. When
interviewed, she admitted to drinking several shots at a
local restaurant prior to the crash.
Pearson was charged with driving under the influence, duty to render aid and give information and vehicular homicide and released on $78,000 bond. Nov. 12

McClendon, 26, Lenoir City, was charged with driving on
a revoked/suspended license and financial responsibility
law and released on $1,000 bond.

Tinnel, 32, Knoxville, was charged with license
required, manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of
meth and two counts of simple possession/casual exchange
and released on $7,000 bond.

Justin Tyler
Davis, 43, Cleveland, was charged with manufacturing,
delivery, sale or possession of meth and possession of
drug paraphernalia and held without bond.
Eric Frank
Pickel, 33, Cleveland, was charged with driving while in
possession of meth, expiration of certificates and
plates, financial responsibility law, manufacturing,
delivery, sale or possession of meth and possession of
drug paraphernalia and held without bond.
Tammy Leareen Pickel, 48, Cleveland, was charged with manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia and held without bond.

Riefler, 35, Chattanooga, was charged with driving
under the influence and open container and held on
$5,000 bond.

Yoc-Tacen, 23, Knoxville, was charged with driving
under the influence and open container and released
on $3,000 bond.
