Lenoir City Walmart employee arrested for exposing himself to 10-year-old

 

LENOIR CITY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- An employee at a Walmart in Lenoir City is charged with indecent exposure after an incident involving a 10-year-old girl.

According to the police report, David Via had his penis exposed in the children's apparel department of the store and was viewing pornographic material on his cell phone.

That's when a 10-year-old girl approached Via to ask about the price of an item. Police say it was during this conversation that Via exposed his penis to her.

The girl found another Walmart employee and reported what happened. Then she told her father. The girl's father found Via and reported the incident to a manager.

Lenoir City police was called and Via admitted he was masturbating in the clothing department and had exposed himself to the girl.
