Lenoir City man threatens to kill woman
A Lenoir City man is facing an assault charge after
law enforcement was called to scene of a domestic dispute.
Responding to a call on Turman Drive, Loudon County
Sheriffs Office Deputy JC Schultz met a woman who gave a written
statement saying Jimmy Lynn Arden, 52, had gotten into an argument
with her and jumped at her. He also put his hands in her face.
She further stated that he said, I only have six
months to live and Im going to burn your house down and kill you in
your sleep, Schultz wrote in the report. (The woman) emphatically
stated that she was in fear of her life and was afraid of being
killed by (Arden).
Neighbors who spoke with Schultz claimed they heard
Arden yelling from across the street. Arden was seen fleeing the
residence and was later arrested by an officer during a traffic
stop.
Arden was charged with domestic assault and held on
$2,000 bond.

driving under the influence and released on $1,000 bond.
John Lucas Pressley, 24, Oliver Springs, was
charged with theft of property $2,500-$10,000 and held on $7,500
bond.
Berniece Aliene Nicole West, 29, Philadelphia, was
charged with felony theft and misdemeanor theft, driving on a
revoked/suspended license and contraband in a penal institution and
held on $27,000 bond.

Bradley Lamarr Butts, 22, Athens, was charged with
failure to appear and held without bond.
Robert Fitzgerald Caldwell, 29, Knoxville, was
charged with violation of probation and held without bond.
Chaison R. Chambers, 23, Maryville, was charged
with failure to appear-general sessions and released without bond.
John Beverly Dudley, 36, Knoxville, was charged
with leaving the scene of accident with property damage, driving on
a revoked/suspended license and public intoxication and held on
$4,500 bond.
Barrett Kane George, 59, Loudon, was charged with
driving on a revoked/suspended license and released on $1,500 bond.
Mark Edward Pritchard, 29, Clinton, was charged
with contempt of court and fugitive from justice and held on $150
bond.

Christopher Michael Arwood, 31, Lenoir City, was
charged with domestic assault-misdemeanor and released on $2,000
bond.
Tracy Lynn Falkenhagen, 41, Loudon, was charged
with a Bradley County warrant and released without bond.
Adam Shawn Holland, 28, Friendsville, was charged
with failure to appear-municipal court and held on $4,000 bond.
Travis Lee Huffman, 35, Loudon, was charged with
driving on a revoked/suspended license and evading arrest and held
on $6,000 bond.
Emily Rose Miller, 22, Kingston, was charged with
public intoxication and released on $2,000 bond.
Heather Renee Pelky, was charged with driving
without a valid license and released on $1,000 bond.
Luther Earl Smith, 27, Tellico Plains, was charged
with contempt of court and held on $500 bond.
Keith Edward Stroud, 60, Columbus, Ohio, was
charged with driving under the influence and released without bond.
Billy Shane Whitten, 46, Lenoir City, was charged
with failure to appear and released on $1,000 bond.

Jacob Daniel Dalton, 34, Tellico Plains, was
charged with violation of probation and held without bond.
Shelby Jessica Davis, 24, Tellico Plains, was
charged with failure to appear-criminal court, violation of
probation and failure to appear and held on $10,000 bond.
Steven Donald Loveday, 30, Knoxville, was charged
with public intoxication and held on $2,000 bond.
James Phillip Privette, 42, Lenoir City, was
charged with failure to appear and released on $2,000 bond.
Shannon Kay Whitsell, 34, Knoxville, was charged
with simple possession/casual exchange, public intoxication,
possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal impersonation and two
counts of assisting other agency and held on $8,000 bond.

Brittany Suzanne Garwood, 35, Knoxville, was
charged with driving under the influence and violation of implied
consent and released on $4,000 bond.
Carrie Rebecca Carnes, 40, Middlesboro, Ky., was
charged with driving under the influence and released on $4,000
bond.
Ramon Aguliera Constantino, 24, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license and public
intoxication and released on $3,000 bond.
Christopher Lloyd James, 31, Lenoir City, was
charged with contempt of court and held on $1,600 bond.
April Nickole Munsey, 35, Lenoir City, was charged
with driving under the influence and driving on a revoked/suspended
license and released on $2,500 bond.
Robert Alexander Shirley, 51, Loudon, was charged
with failure to appear and released without bond.
March 17
Juan Manuel Almanza, 29, Lenoir City, was charged
with domestic assault-misdemeanor and held on $1,500 bond.
Dispatched to Church Drive, Lenoir City Police Officer Jamie Whitt
met a man who said his brother was on drugs and out of control and
had been for several days. Almanza had put a large hole in the
sheetrock walls of a downstairs bedroom and had broken a mirror out
of a dresser. He admitted to taking LSD and methamphetamine and
hearing voices in his head, according to Whitts report. A woman
told Whitt that Almanza hit her in the back of the head with his
open hands, and that she was afraid of him.
Andrea Diane Blackmon, 37, Trion, Ga., was charged
with public intoxication and released on $4,000 bond.
James Harper Blackmon, 57, Trion, Ga., was
charged with public intoxication and released on $4,000 bond.
April Lynn Bolden, 46, Kingston, was charged
with driving under the influence and released on $3,000 bond.
James Brewster Cook, 44, Loudon, was charged
with failure to appear and held on $1,000 bond.
Jeffrey Dru Everett, 39, Lenoir City, was
charged with aggravated domestic assault-felony, violation of
probation and failure to appear and held on $8,000 bond.
Edward Dwayne Hammock, 41, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license and released
on $1,000 bond.
Christopher Lee Henderson, 48, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving under the influence and driving without a
valid license and released on $2,000 bond.
Joseph Anthony Roberts, 33, Athens, was charged
with driving under the influence and released on $3,000 bond.

with failure to appear and released on $1,000 bond.

Thomas Daniel Bryant, 30, Knoxville, was
charged with public intoxication and held on $2,000 bond.
Michael Lance Courtney, 48, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving under the influence and violation of
implied consent and released on $1,500 bond.
Bryan James Evans, 39, Lenoir City, was charged
with public intoxication and released without bond.
Jermey Michael Gyurnek, 39, Etowah, was charged
with driving under the influence, reckless endangerment and
possession with intent to resell and held on $43,000 bond.
Dispatched to a wreck where a vehicle struck a tractor-trailer
and rolled over on Interstate 75, Tennessee Highway Patrol
Trooper Lael Justice tried to conduct a sobriety test on the
driver, Gyurnek, who then claimed his ribs hurt and he needed
medical attention. Gyurnek and a passenger were taken to
University of Tennessee Medical Center. While doing an inventory
of the vehicle, Justice found two scales, seven Xanax pills in a
plastic bag, a small bag of marijuana, two glass pipes, brass
knuckles, three needles, a spoon and hundreds of small plastic
baggies. These bags and scales are clearly not for personal
use, Justice wrote in a report. Everything except the Xanax
were found in a backpack in the passenger area of the car. At
the hospital, Gyurnek was extremely lethargic and fell asleep
during further field sobriety testing. He had $2,840 in his
pocket and said it was his tax return money that he had
withdrawn to buy a vehicle in Cleveland.
Rebecca Ann Key, 29, Lenoir City, was charged
with manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of a Schedule II
substance and simple possession/casual exchange and held on
$2,500 bond.
Michael David Puckett, 47, Kingston, was
charged with driving under the influence and released on $3,000
bond.
Cassidy Joyce Talnagi, 22, Loudon, was charged
with driving under the influence and violation of implied
consent and released on $1,500 bond.
March 19
Larry Lynn Davis, 30, Lenoir City, was charged
with two counts of juvenile attachment and held on $6,535 bond.
Brooke Danielle Shepard, 21, Lake City, was
charged with simple possession/casual exchange and held without
bond.
Christopher Lee Smallen, 39, Loudon, was
charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license,
manufacture, sell, delivery or resale of a Schedule II
substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, traffic control
device and assisting other agency and held without bond.
Angel Marie Smith, 33, Pigeon Forge, was
charged with a juvenile attachment and held on $150 bond.
