Lenoir City man caught with pot, supplies
A Lenoir City man is facing multiple drug and gun
charges after law enforcement executed a search warrant at his
residence early May 22.
The Loudon County Sheriffs Office Narcotic Unit and
the K9 Unit searched the residence of Mark Henry Goedeke, 54, on
Echo Hollow Road. Inside deputies found 329.3 grams of marijuana,
three sets of digital scales, four marijuana pipes, two drug
ledgers, a marijuana grinder, 50 small jewelry bags for marijuana
distribution, one tin can with marijuana cigarette butts, eight
boxes of 12-gauge shotgun ammunition, two boxes of .22-caliber
ammunition, one North American Arms .22-caliber revolver and one
Remington Model 11, 12-gauge shotgun.
Goedeke was convicted on felony charges in Florida
and cannot possess firearms.
He was charged with manufacture, sell, delivery
or resale of a Schedule VI substance, possession of drug
paraphernalia and unlawful carrying or possession of a weapon
and released on $12,500 bond.

Emily Nanette Bent, 35, Kingston, was charged
with violation of probation and released on $1,000 bond.
Canyon Atticus Givens, 22, Powell, was charged
with driving under the influence and released on $3,000 bond.
Curtis Clay Moneypenny, 38, Rockford, was
charged with illegal installation or concealment of an
electronic tracking device on vehicle and released on $2,500
bond.
Shawn Dwight Munsey, 47, Greenback, was charged
with three counts of aggravated assault and released on $45,000
bond.
John Martin Taylor, 61, Kingston, was charged
with a Roane County warrant and released without bond.

Justin Blain Barnes, 30, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license,
manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of a Schedule II
substance, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of drug
paraphernalia and violation of probation and held $25,000 bond.
Chance Alan Burnette, 20, Greenback, was
charged with violation of probation and released on $2,500 bond.
David Byrd, 63, Lenoir City, was charged with
general sessions court capias and failure to appear and released
on $4,000 bond.
Colton Falgout, 25, Lenoir City, was charged
with fugitive from justice and held without bond.
Terry Lane Ferguson, 32, Athens, was charged
with fugitive from justice and held without bond.
Joseph Luke Goodman, 23, Philadelphia, was
charged with public intoxication and released on $1,000 bond.
Adara Leigh Henry, 22, Sweetwater, was charged
with manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of a Schedule II
substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft of
property and held on $25,000 bond.
Lacy Diann Hicks, 29, Lenoir City, was charged
with general sessions court capias and released on $4,000 bond.
Chasity Joan Beth Lynn, 30, Madisonville, was
charged with a juvenile attachment and released on $150 bond.
Erika Martinez, 44, Philadelphia, was charged
with a juvenile attachment and released on $500 bond.
John Mark Reel, 41, Kingston, was charged with
theft under $500 and held on $1,000 bond.
Marcus Anthony Rogers, 45, Lenoir City, was
charged with general sessions court capias and released on
$8,000 bond.
Jeffrey David Upton, 42, Madisonville, was
charged with aggravated assault and released on $7,500 bond.
Dispatched to Highway 411 near Schults Lane for a road rage
incident, LCSO Deputy Mark Tinnel met a woman who said Upton
pointed a gun out of his vehicles window at her as the two were
driving on the highway heading toward Blount County. Both
vehicles were stopped by Blount County Sheriffs Office once
inside Blount County limits. She advised that she saw the red
light from the laser sight on the handgun, Tinnel wrote in the
report. (The woman) advised that she was afraid that he was
going to shoot her, and she sped away. A loaded Walther P22
handgun, with a laser sight, was recovered from Uptons vehicle.
Upton said he flashed his firearm at the woman to get her to
stop driving erratically, but he did not point it at the woman.

charged with violation of probation and released on $1,000 bond.
Monica Elise Murphy, 28, Lenoir City, was
charged with domestic assault-misdemeanor and released on $1,000
bond.
Christopher Scott Odell, 28, Kingston, was
charged with driving on revoked/suspended license and released
on $1,000 bond.
David Michael Roberts, 63, Madisonville, was
charged with general sessions court capias and released without
bond.
Devon Allen Thaxton, 20, Loudon, was charged
with failure to appear and violation of probation and released
on $6,000 bond.
