Lenoir City couple facing drug charges
A Lenoir City man and woman are facing multiple charges after a law
enforcement officer recognized a driver who had a revoked license.
Lenoir City Police Officer Cody Fritts saw Jan. 8 a white Volkswagen
Beetle on Wilson Road and noticed the brake lights werent working.
Fritts also knew the driver, Randall Dale Brown, had a revoked

After running the Volkswagens registration through dispatch, Fritts
learned it was for a black Pontiac Grand Am. Fritts also noticed
Brown had pinpoint pupils and glassy eyes. In plain view in the
driver floor board was an uncapped syringe, Fritts wrote in his
report.
After being asked if he had anything illegal on him or in the
vehicle, Brown told Fritts he had syringes. A passenger, Candice
Denise Russell, retrieved two bags of syringes from her bra when
asked if she had anything illegal. A vehicle search was granted.

methamphetamine, 26 1/2 orange pills with imprint 30b974
