Lenoir City BOE Buy's Land
| The Lenoir City Board of Education bought another
parcel of property last week. The board bought a small lot with a house,
adjacent to the high school baseball field and soccer field. According
to court records, the BOE paid $450,000.00 for the property. It last
sold in 2019 for $109,000.00. The small parcel is bounded on three sides
by the high school property.
Back in 2023, the city school board bought 16 acres of land adjacent to Lenoir City Elementary for $425,000.00 from LCUB. No announcement has been made as to the use of the property. |
