LCUB Expanding?
| At the last LCUB board meeting, the board voted to
buy a building and property adjacent to the LCUB property for 2.7
million dollars. The new building is still under construction for a well
drilling company.
The use for the building is thought to be for warehousing their fiber internet and related equipment. The land was bought by Chad Swank in 2022 for $155,000.00. The current owner is building a warehouse for his drilling and boring company. As of Friday, the deal hadn't yet been done. |
