Lawsuit Update
| The case of Loudon County vs. Lenoir City over their
illegal annexation of the of two parcels of property, is still ongoing. After the county filed suit, Lenoir City filed a motion to dismiss. They haven't yet asked the court for a date for that hearing. I'll keep you posted with any updates. |
