The remaining, unsold and common properties of Tennessee National development in Loudon has been sold. It's probably more that 1,100 acres. According to deed documents, looks like it sold for about 8.3 million dollars. It's unknown how or if the sale will effect the development of the rest of the Tennessee National community.

The former owner was Tennessee National LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company. The new owner is TN National LLC, a Tennessee Limited Liability Company. The LLC report shows the principal as Jeffery Kinney, Winchester Tennessee and the agent as R. Scott Elmore Esquire, Knoxville Tennessee.

On the opposed end of the county, the farm on Martel Road know as the B Ray Thompson Farm has sold. The property straddles the Loudon/Knox County line with most of the 400+ acre property being in Knox County. About 100 acres are in Loudon County. It's all major development property. The farm sold for $6.127,500.00.
