Shot Wilson Passes

Kenneth "Shot" Wilson, age 77 of Lenoir City, passed away early Friday, February 1, 2019 surrounded by his loved ones.

Shot painted and remodeled houses in his younger years. He also owned and operated along with his wife, Shot’s Trading Post. Shot was elected Constable in Loudon County and served for many years. He loved to go to flea markets and yard sales.

Shot was a member of Kingston Pike Baptist Church in Lenoir City. He was loved by many. Preceded in death by his oldest son and the joy of his life, Gary Dewayne Wilson; parents, Robert and Anna Witt Wilson; brothers, Charles and Jimmy Wilson; sisters, Nellie Faye, Barbara, Dorothy and Ruby, and son-in-law, Ray Stringer, Jr.

Survived by his wife, Sharen Wilson; daughter-in-law (widow of his son) Tammy Bluford Wilson; children and spouses: Clarence (Tina) Wilson, Christy (Darrell) Roberts, Jason (Dana) Connin, Molly (Keith) Stringer White, Annie Moser, Nathan (Jessica) Wilson, and Andy (Brittany) Wilson; special fur baby, Moe Moe; 20 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; special double first cousin, C. A. Wilson; several nieces and nephews.

The family received friends on Saturday, February 2nd from at Kingston Pike Baptist Church. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on February 3rd, Sunday at Kingston Pike Baptist Church with Dr. Ronny Jones and Rev. Gary Lynn officiating. Burial followed in Lakeview Cemetery.
