Kenneth F. Shockley Jr. - age 91 of Lenoir City, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2024. Ken was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force serving during the Korean War and also serving in the Marine Corp Reserves. He worked at General Electric in Sales and also Loudon County Sheriffs Department.

Preceded in death by his wife of 17 years, Linda P. Shockley; parents, Kenneth and Anna Shockley; siblings: Hazel Shultz, Helen (Larry) Cox, Carlene (John) Krumm, and Thomas Shockley; sister-in-law, Ann (Bobby) Presley; brother-in-law, Bill Thompson, and son-in-law, John L. Frye.

Survived by his children and stepchildren: Kenny (Laurie) Shockley, Christie Frye, Charles (Patty) Shockley, Wendy Shockley, Joy Farmer, Donald (Jaime) Shockley, and Katie Shockley (Todd); Chris (Jill) Barbour, Jason (Lavonne) Barbour, Becky (Brian) Fritts, Tammie Wampler (Chris); sisters-in-law, Edie Shockley and Marty (David) Snellgrove; brother-in-law, John Shultz; grandchildren: Lorrie (Tod) Zeiger, Penny (Darren) Higgins, Stacey (Mike) Gumm, Jackson Shockley, Kendra (Vince) Marasa, Kasady Willard, Jessica Burgin, Grant (Tiffany) Farmer, Olivia Farmer, Emma Shockley, Thomas Walkney, Dylan and Vivian Shockley, Ashton (Tyler) Range, Rileigh Barbour, Brianna, Madison and Cade Fritts, Jordan (Cory) Newman, and Connor Barbour; 16 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 10th at Highland Park Baptist Church in Lenoir City. Funeral services will follow at 3:30 p.m. with Rev. Eddie Click officiating. We will proceed to Loudon Co. Memorial Gardens for graveside services. The Loudon County Deputy Sheriffs Department will be serving as pallbearers. Military honors will be conferred by the Loudon Co. Veterans Honor Guard. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tunnels to Towers Charity.
