I've been
following the horrible story of the allegedly drunk driver that killed
the beautiful young lady for no other reason except he apparently had to
drink and drive. Kyrstin Sensabaugh was in a car along
with her cousins sitting at the red light in front of Taco Bell on Hwy
321 when Tracy Lee Oliver plowed into the rear of
their car killing Kyrstin and injuring her cousins. She was just 21
years old. Police description below.
One officer saw the driver of the Excursion,
Tracy Lee Oliver, 46, standing by the driver’s door
and asked him if he had consumed alcohol. Oliver
stated he had, and that was further verified after
he performed poorly on standardized field sobriety
testing.
Lenoir City Police Officer Jeremy Dishner noted
he could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage on
Oliver’s breath as he read the Tennessee Implied
Consent Form.
“The suspect stated he would decline to give
consent so that it would give him more time,
indicating to Lt. Dishner that this would reduce the
intoxication levels in his blood prior to the draw,”
Brown wrote in a report.
Officers obtained a search warrant for a blood
draw.
A search of the vehicle prior to towing
revealed a loaded Glock 19 in the center
console, an empty .22LR Derringer, 2.17 ounces
of suspected marijuana in containers, $6,051,
several pre-packaged containers of marijuana
edibles, various empty cans of Miller Light and
Coors Light and a pipe with suspected marijuana
and suspected marijuana residue in it. Officers
also found a 12-bottle Coors Light case behind
the center console, which had five cans of
Miller Light that were still cold.
“NCIC confirmed that the defendant has a
revoked license for two prior DUI convictions,
one from 2015 and the other from 2006,” Brown
wrote in a report. “The defendant also did not
have valid insurance.”Oliver was
charged with aggravated vehicular homicide,
vehicular assault, driving under the
influence, reckless endangerment,
possession of a firearm during a dangerous
felony, possession of a handgun while
under the influence, manufacture, sell,
delivery or resale of a Schedule VI substance,
simple possession/casual exchange,
possession of drug paraphernalia
and driving on a revoked/suspended license
and released on $151,000 bond. News Herald

With all those charges, Oliver was released on just $151,000.00 bond
less than 24 hours after the crash. That means he most likely got out of
jail for $15,100.00. No licenses, no insurance, guns, dope, beer, his
history and he just killed an innocent 21 year old young woman, and he
gets out with such a low bond? That's ridiculous. So now, he could be
back on the roads to kill again? Some judge or magistrate dropped the
ball on this one.
I see in Knoxville, the illegal immigrant who killed
Pierce Corcoran in a drunk driving crash is being held on a one million
dollar bond. I read where the sick human that kidnapped the little Jayme Closs girl and killed her parents is being held on five million dollar
bond.
It could be years before Oliver's case winds through
the court system and all this time, anyone on the road could be his next
victim.
As surely as if Oliver had killed
Kyrstin Sensabaugh with a knife or a gun, he murdered
that young lady.
I surely hope he doesn't kill someone else before he's finally locked
up where he belongs.
