Junk Yard 3
| The question of allowing a junk yard in the city of
Loudon was tabled by the Loudon City Planning Commission last month.
Apparently, the board wanted to get some clarification on certain laws.
The item will be on the planning commissions agenda Wednesday, Oct. 2nd,
for further consideration. The property is adjacent to Willington Manor.
There seemed to be some disagreement by the property owner as to the intended use of the property. Planners have to consider the long range implications of any property use approvals. While a current owner may have the best of intentions, a future owner or user may have different plans all together.
