Junk Yard 4
| The matter of the junk yard in Loudon ended in a bit
of a split decision. The request to the Loudon planning commission was
on a site plan review. That request was denied for lack of a second on
the motion.
The second request, to the Loudon Board Of Zoning Appeals was for a variance to the 300' setback requirement. The variance was approved.
With the split decision by the two boards, it's unclear if the automobile, wrecking, junk and salvage yard can proceed. |
