On Saturday, September 10, I lost my best friend and partner of 12 years...and the father to our sweet son.

His passing was sudden and it has taken us several heart wrenching days to notify our many family and friends from all across the country and abroad.

We ask for respect as this news is released. I have an innocent four year old son that I must protect. His father's memory can not be tainted by information that is not vital to his father's memory.

Luc Tan Hoang left this world on Saturday September 10 2016 at the age of 36.

He cherished his many family and friends. He loved his loyal customers at Asahi Japanese Grill in Lenoir City TN.

We will be receiving family and friends at Berry Highland Memorial in Bearden Knoxville on Thursday and Friday from 10am to 7pm. Burial will be Saturday at 11am.

We will announce the restaurant re-opening at a later date.
