I think it's safe to say, Aikens will not agree to this meeting, for obvious reasons. So if the mayor is just too afraid to have the discussion, I will be glad to address the Committee of 100 without him.

Just a couple months ago, they allowed Aikens to speak at their meeting to give his version of the illegal annexations, with no rebuttal. Why would the Committee of 100 not allow me the opportunity to give them the true facts of the case?
