Illegal Annexation 25
| The next hearing on the two, Lenoir City illegal
annexations, will be June 17th in Meigs County, 9:00 am. The hearing
will be on the city’s motion to dismiss, again. Thus far, the motion to
dismiss has been delayed three times. Hopefully, this time the judge
will finally allow the case to move forward to trial on the Merits of
the case.
This hearing is in Meigs County because Circuit Judge, Mike Pemberton will not be back in Loudon County until August. |
