The map shows the city property in green and the UGB area in purplish. What stands out is, the two properties the city illegally annexed are not included in the UGB map, a clear admission that neither property was ever in the city's UGB and therefore could not be legally annexed. But of course, Aikens and all city officials knew and know that.

In reality, city officials nor their attorneys have ever said what they did was legal. They've completely hung their hats on claiming the county had no standing to challenge their two illegal annexations. The next hearing is set for April 24th.

To the mayor, my offer still stands. I'll be glad to meet any time anywhere to discuss the two illegal annexations. I will be happy to come to a council meeting with all your council members and lawyers, especially Walter, but please be sure T Scott is there.
