The property that has been raped and destroyed at the intersection of Hwy. 70 and 321, is not Belle West. That development is known as The Villas At 321. It was approved for 172 single family, rental houses. This property was inside the Lenoir City Urban Growth Boundary, UGB, and was legally annexed and will now be turned into another Lenoir City urban sprawl, rental development.

The Belle West and WNW properties that were annexed illegally, are located about a mile past Eatons Cross Roads going toward Interstate 40. The WNW property is located off Hwy. 70 west just across from Mealer Road.

The Belle West development was approved for 221 single-family homes and 270 low-to-moderate apartments on the 124 acre property. The WNW property is currently undeveloped.
