This hearing will be to discuss Ms. Hurley's attorney's motion to dismiss the case and/or remove District Attorney, Russell Johnson from the case. It will also be the time that DA Johnson will counter Hurley's attorney.

Hopefully the judge will continue the case and set a date for a hearing on the actual merits of the case.

The only questions to be answered are, did Ms. Hurley move out of her elected district, yes she did, and was the move temporary, no it's not.
