Hurley Didn't Vote
| For the third election this year, commissioner Julia
Hurley, did not vote. She's still stuck in her own catch 22. If she votes and
claims she lives at her 2nd district address, she commits voter fraud.
If she changes her address to her new home in the 5th district, she
admits she moved from her elected district. Ms. Hurley's solution, just
don't vote.
This is the third election this year she avoided to vote, one election even included her mother on the ballot as a delegate. In fact the last time Hurley voted was November 2018. Prior to this year, Hurley hadn't missed a vote since she registered in Loudon County in 2007. This is some of the greatest evidence there is, that her move out of her elected district was never meant to be temporary. Guess we'll just have to wait till April to see what the judge says. |
