| Greenback woman hit with theft charges
A Greenback woman is facing theft charges after a
woman claimed she had been robbed of property valued in the
thousands.
Loudon County Sheriffs Office Deputy Cody Fritts was
sent to Atchley Chapel Road to locate Kristin Nicole Farmer, 25, who
was accused of taking a gray Toyota Sienna van, white iPhone, a Vera
Bradley wallet, $1,100, debit and other cards from a woman early
July at the 300 block of Executive Meadows Drive.
The defendant was staying the night at (the womans)
house, Lenoir City Officer Scott Brewster wrote in his report.
During the night the defendant entered (the womans) bedroom and
took her iPhone and her keys to the van.
The womans phone and van were recovered near a
Greyhound bus station in Knoxville. Total value of property was
$17,280, according to the report.
Farmer was charged with theft over $10,000 and
less than $60,000 and held on $25,000 bond.
July 24

Adam Decker Hicks, 36, Loudon, was charged with
driving on a revoked/suspended license and released on $2,000
bond.
David Nelson Millwood, 45, Decatur, was charged
with driving under the influence and violation of implied
consent and released on $3,000 bond.

Linda Sue Axley, 64, Madisonville, was charged
with disorderly conduct and released on $2,000 bond.
John Henry Bowen, 34, Alcoa, was charged with
failure to appear-general sessions and released on $4,000 bond.
Kayla Rachelle Cansler, 28, Vonore, was charged
with failure to appear-general sessions and two counts of
violation of probation and held without bond.
William Eugene Collins Sr., 48, Corryton, was
charged with driving under the influence and driving on a
revoked/suspended license and released on $4,500 bond.
Laci Prai Davidson, 29, Lenoir City, was
charged with fraudulent use of a credit card and released on
$1,000 bond.
Bobby Alan Hubbard, 38, Philadelphia, was
charged with driving under the influence and released on $2,000
bond.
Jason Michael Jeffers, 34, Lenoir City, was
charged with failure to appear-general sessions and held on
$2,500 bond.
Richard Kenneth Moilanen, 66, Crossville, was
charged with driving under the influence and released on $1,000
bond.
Robert Lynn Packett, 56, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving under the influence and released without
bond.
Frank Irvin Smith, 67, Loudon, was charged with
driving under the influence and driving without a valid license
and released on $1,000 bond.
Sean Danlen Verklas, 30, Crossville, was
charged with violation of probation and held on $2,000 bond.
Haley Alysse Wiggins, 32, Lenoir City, was
charged with failure to appear-general sessions and released on
$28,000 bond.
Ray David Hensley, 52, Lenoir City, was charged
with driving on a revoked/suspended license and driving under
the influence and held on $3,000 bond.

Douglas Eugene Frank, 23, Madisonville, was
charged with vandalism and released on $2,000 bond.
Richard Lee Morgan, 47, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license and released
on $1,000 bond.
Sylvestre Christ Velasquez, 23, Loudon, was
charged with driving under the influence, violation of implied
consent and driving on a revoked/suspended license and released
on $2,000 bond.

Maurice Deshan Henry, 26, Louisville, was
charged with manufacture, sell, delivery or resale of a Schedule
II substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on
$27,500 bond.
Howard Raymond Immenhort, 44, Lenoir City, was
charged with aggravated assault and released without bond.
Charles Harrison Miller, 53, Madisonville, was
charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license and held
without bond.
Sarah Elizabeth McKinney, 37, Knoxville, was
charged with failure to appear-general sessions and held without
bond.
Christopher Don Stockton, 37, Friendsville, was
charged with assisting other agency and released without bond.

was charged with failure to appear and held on $2,000 bond.
Jeffrey Michael Riggs, 33, Maryville, was
charged with failure to appear and released on $2,000 bond.

July 29
Heather Michele Adams, 40, Johnson City,
was charged with a Washington County warrant and
tampering/fabricating with evidence and held on $15,000
bond. Observing a 1999 blue GMC Sonoma on U.S. Highway 321
attempt to drive across two lanes to get into the median,
LCSO Deputy Kevin Dailey initiated a traffic stop at Highway
321 and Waller Ferry Road. Dailey talked with Adams, Leslie
Belcher and a man in the vehicle. The passenger had a
warrant out of Washington County. ... As Mrs. Adams was
exiting the vehicle, she attempted to wipe the seat clean
where I saw a powder substance, Dailey wrote in his report.
Both were detained at this time with the powder substance
to appear to be cigarette ash. Adams admitted to trying to
drive to a local motel to buy and sell drugs, according to
the report. Belcher, 50, Johnson City, was charged with
driving on a revoked/suspended license and held on $2,000
bond.
Ricky Lynn Burris, 57, Loudon, was charged
with driving under the influence and released on $3,000
bond.
Jessica Jean Nicol Edmondson, 30, New
Tazewell, was charged with theft over $1,000 and held on
$15,000 bond.
Aaron Jerry Grizzle, 36, Maryville, was
charged with two counts of failure to appear and violation
of parole and held without bond.
Marco Anto Munoz-Espinoza, 22, Loudon, was
charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license and
simple possession/casual exchange and held on $2,000 bond.
Avis Yvette Ware, 48, Loudon, was charged
with contraband in a penal institution and public
intoxication and held on $16,000 bond.
July 30
Stacey Brooke Buchanan, 34, Sweetwater, was
charged with violation of probation and held without bond.
Daniel Christopher Langley, 24, Lenoir
City, was charged with driving on a revoked/suspended
license and financial responsibility of the law and held
without bond.
Brent F. Mallo, 53, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving under the influence and simple
possession/casual exchange and released on $2,500 bond.
Trevus Wendell Martin, 43, Sweetwater, was
charged with driving under the influence and held without
bond.
Marvin Ray Mounts, 28, Knoxville, was
charged with driving under the influence and held on $3,000
bond. Dispatched to Reed Springs Road for a vehicle that had
driven into a ditch, LCSO Cpl. Chris Hutchens located a 2002
white Ford Explorer and talked with the driver, Mounts, and
a female passenger. Hutchens was told the two came from
Sweetwater to get gas, and Mounts pulled off the side of the
road because a stop sign was ahead. Mounts was unsteady on
his feet, lethargic, and had an odor of alcoholic beverage
emitting from his person, Hutchens wrote in his report. He
did also state he had consumed alcohol this evening. Mounts
performed poorly on standardized field sobriety.
Jerry Andrew Murrell, 42, Maryville, was
charged with theft under $500 and resisting arrest and held
on $2,000 bond.
Brandon Lee Smith, 37, Loudon, was charged
with failure to appear-general sessions and held without
bond.
Walter Lawrenc Stachowicz, 35, Loudon,
was charged with failure to appear and theft under $500
and held on $2,000 bond.
Konstantine Dimitrios Xoinis, 30,
Chattanooga, was charged with public intoxication and
released without bond.
July 31
Amy Lynn Glass, 34, Loudon, was charged
with a juvenile attachment and held without bond.
Alex Kyler Hughes, 21, Alcoa, was
charged with violation of probation and held on $30,000
bond.
