Greenback Quarry 15
| Not much to update on the Greenback Quarry action.
Most recently, mud man Murphy continues his slash and burn campaign in
the heart of Greenback, crossing property lines, causing highway hazards
and violating his state permits. But, what else would one expect from an
out-of-town contractor with no respect for anyone or anything but money. His lawyer has now amended his lawsuit to include Loudon County, which should allow the county to be full partners in the lawsuits. Depositions are set for July 19th, but no trial date has been set yet. Hopefully in the near future, mud man Murphy will be on his way back to Blount County. |
