Greenback man faces rape
charges A man is facing rape charges after law enforcement responded to a call Oct. 6 in Greenback. Responding to a call on the 6900 block on Highway 411 of a possible assault, Loudon County Sheriffs Office Inv. Sgt. Jason Smith and Sgt. Det. Charlie Cosner made contact with a man who said Robert Shane McDonald, 28, had used his hand to penetrate a 7-year-old girl. Smith spoke to a woman who said she entered into a bedroom and saw the girl lying on the bed with the mans hand on her. She stated they appeared startled and (the girl) stated I told him not to touch me, Smith wrote. (The woman) then advised (the man) and the assault occurred between the two (men). McDonald was transported to jail, where he then admitted to placing his hand under the girls clothes. He said it occurred on more than one occasion over the past couple months.
McDonald was charged with rape
of a child and held on $100,000
bond.

Dispatched to Blue Springs Road
for a suspicious vehicle, Loudon
County Sheriffs Office Deputy
Robbie Lane was advised by
dispatch that a truck had left
the residence and had a car on
the trailer and turned onto Erie
Road. Upon making contact with
the truck, Lane made contact
with the driver, identified as
James Sisk, 35, Sweetwater, and
noticed a handgun on the center
console of the truck, according
to the report. Lane and Deputy

stolen, but noted Sisk had been

appear. Wilson was escorted to

deputies noticed a brown box was
where Wilson was standing.
Inside the box was a clear
plastic bag that contained a
crystal like substance,
according to the report Wilson
advised she knew nothing about
the subtance, Lane wrote. I
asked Sisk about the box and he
advised it was his meth that he
had given it to Wilson to hide
for him when I stopped the car.

was about 3.83 grams. Deputies
asked Wilson about the
container, who then said it was
inside her pants and fell out
