A Knoxville man quietly opened a strip club at this location, The El Camino Gentleman's Club. The building is just inside Loudon County off Watt Road. In fact the parking lot is in Knox County. The opening of the establishment immediately brought a lawsuit from the county. To make a very long story short, the business was allowed to continue to operate because the county had never adopted any adult oriented business regulations. You can bet they are in place now.

The strip club didn't really ever get underway but instead, turned into nothing but a smut shop selling various adult products. However, under the final agreement, once this business closed down, there could never be another adult oriented business at that location.
