To date, the county has received 3.7 million dollars from the insurance company. To date, expenditures on the renovations and all the other incidental loses from the fire has been 2.4 million dollars. It's going to be an expensive project.

The renovations still have a long way to go. Currently the building has been sealed and moisture and mold mitigation is underway with special HVAC units running 24/7.
