While there's a lot of chatter on social media sites, mostly in opposition to the tax hike, that's not voting. If those who live in the city who are opposed to the tax hike don't get to the polls, it could pass.

And remember, no matter what anyone might tell you, no one on earth but you, ever knows how you vote. Do not believe it if someone tells you different.
