Drug task force makes several
arrests
Two men have been charged after an operation by the Ninth Judicial Drug Task Force. Officers initially spoke with William Patrick McAdory, 33, Detroit, Mich., on the phone Aug. 15. During the conversation, McAdory agreed to deliver Fentanyl pills and marijuana to an address in Lenoir City, according to an arrest report from the Loudon County Sheriffs Office.
While
traveling to the address, McAdory told undercover officers
that he and a friend were 20 minutes from Lenoir City.
McAdory arrived at the address and knocked on the home,
which was occupied by law enforcement.
When agents confronted
McAdory, the driver of the vehicle, Delshun Deray Neal, 21,
Vicksburg, Miss., left at a high rate of speed. Neal sped
through two parking lots and was pursued to a restaurant. He
then left the vehicle and ran on foot. Officers chased Neal,
who was taken into custody. A search of the vehicle revealed
18.4 grams of marijuana.
After searching McAdory, an EBT card belonging to another individual was found. He claimed he used the card to buy food. McAdory was charged with illegal possession/fraudulent use of a credit or debit card and manufacture, sell, delivery and resale of schedule VI drugs and held on $60,000 bond. Neal was charged with two counts of evading arrest, manufacture, sell, delivery and resale of schedule VI drugs and reckless endangerment and held on $53,000 bond. Knoxville man chargedAgents with the Ninth Judicial Drug Task Force also spoke Aug. 15 on the phone with Michael Ray Fuller, 34, Knoxville, who agreed to deliver cocaine and marijuana to an address in Lenoir City. Fuller arrived at the address and knocked on the door. When law enforcement appeared, he ran. Fuller was apprehended with approximately three grams of cocaine and 17.8 grams of marijuana. Fuller told agents he believed he was bringing the substances to a woman in Lenoir City. An officer asked Fuller if he was carrying anything illegal in his vehicle, and Fuller told him he had a pistol, which was found after a search. Fuller was charged with evading arrest, manufacture, sell, delivery and resale of schedule II drugs, manufacture, sell, delivery and resale of schedule VI drugs, possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony and resisting arrest and released on $44,000 bond. Aug. 13 Deborah Leann Adkins, 42, Loudon, was charged with domestic assault and held without bond. Glen Lee Fry, 51, Kingston, was charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license and released on $1,000 bond.
David Alan Giddings, 62, Lenoir City, was charged
with public intoxication and held on $1,000 bond.
Lindy Kareen Henegar, 36, Knoxville, was charged with violation of probation and held without bond. Austin Tyler Pratt, 27, no listed address, was charged with manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication and held without bond. Maricia Alamae Scroggs, 53, Lenoir City, was charged with weekender serving time and held without bond. Aug. 14 Tiana Marie Bennett, 23, Lenoir City, was charged with manufacture, sell, delivery and resale of schedule II drugs and simple possession/casual exchange and held on $11,500 bond. Ryan Lester Cooter, 35, Knoxville, was charged with aggravated criminal trespass and released on $2,500 bond. Antonio Tashawn Holt, 29, Knoxville, was charged with manufacture, sell, delivery and resale of schedule VI drugs and released on $10,000 bond. Derick Lee Jarrard, 33, Clinton, was charged with driving while in possession of methamphetamine, manufacture, sell, delivery and resale of a schedule II drug, manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $43,000 bond. George Floyd Locklear, 59, Lenoir City, was charged with violation of probation and held without bond. Natasha Lynn McCoy, 35, Lenoir City, was charged with manufacture, sell, delivery and resale of schedule II drugs, manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $41,500 bond. Maleah Mire Westenhaver, 43, Loudon, was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic and driving under the influence and released on $1,500 bond. Christopher Scott Burnette, 48, Philadelphia, was charged with capias-criminal court and released on $100,000 bond. Christopher Steven Dills, 28, Madisonville, was charged with domestic assault, interference with an emergency 911 call and vandalism and released on $4,500 bond. William Donald Fortner, 61, Oak Ridge, was charged with driving on a revoked license, possession of tools to interfere with an anti-theft security device and two counts of theft of property and released on $5,000 bond. Gregory Duane Nutter, 41, Corryton, was charged with manufacture, sell, delivery and resale of a schedule II drug and no drivers license and held on $27,000 bond. Abundio Perez, 35, Morristown, was charged with weekender serving time and released without bond. Corey Wade Price, 43, Loudon, was charged with burglary and released without bond. Brandon M. Rothgeb, 26, Lenoir City, was charged with manufacture, sell, delivery and resale of a schedule II drug and manufacture, sell, delivery and resale of a schedule VI drug and released on $20,000 bond. Aug. 16 Michael James Anderson, 34, Vonore, was charged with capias-criminal court and held on $100,000 bond. Miranda Gail Byrd, 35, Knoxville, was charged with driving under the influence and released on $1,000 bond. Evan Andrew Cheatham, 36, Lenoir City, was charged with capias-general sessions and released on $2,000 bond.
