Jason Collver with the attorney general's office plans to ask for a December date for the Julia Hurley case.

Most know, but for those who do not, Ms. Hurley abandoned her county commission seat back in June of 2019 when she moved out of her elected district. The case has been in the courts for a long time now due to her attorney's attempts to delay the case.

Wouldn't be surprised if he tries to delay again. He sure can't defend her on the merits of the case.
