Dayton man charged with domestic assault
A Dayton man is facing domestic assault charges after
law enforcement saw a physical altercation at a local motel.
Dispatched to a motel on U.S. Highway 321, Lenoir
City Police Officer Jeremy Dishner was told that Loudon County
Sheriffs Office Deputy Matt Fagiano was with a man and woman who
were involved in a physical argument.
Dishner talked with Fagiano and the woman.
Deputy Fagiano did observe the defendant, Carlos
I. Fuentes, dragging the female in the roadway near the (local
motel), Dishner wrote in his report. Deputy Fagiano advised
the female was actively attempting to free herself from Mr.
Fuentes grip but was unable to do so.
The woman said she had gotten into an argument
with Fuentes in a nearby fast food restaurant parking lot when
he did not return her phone. She then proceeded to exit the
vehicle and walked to a gas station beside the motel to call for
a ride.
Fuentes, 35, was charged with domestic
assault-misdemeanor and released on $1,500 bond.
July 3
Amy Dawn Duff, 51, Madisonville, was charged
with failure to appear and released on $1,000 bond.
Robert Eugene Lester, 32, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license and released
on $1,000 bond.
Glenn Allen Rogers, 65, Philadelphia, was
charged with domestic assault-misdemeanor and released on $1,000
bond.
July 4
Jason Lee Broyles, 46, Philadelphia, was
charged with driving under the influence and released on $1,500
bond.
Danielle Leeanne Cooper, 32, Knoxville, was
charged with assisting other agency and released without bond.
Jackie Lea Davis, 49, Lenoir City, was charged
with failure to appear-general sessions and held without bond.
Larry Lynn Davis, 29, Lenoir City, was charged
with public intoxication and released on $1,000 bond.
Dana Jabbour, 51, West Mifflin, Pa., was
charged with public intoxication and held on $2,000 bond.
Scott Dale Key, 38, Maryville, was charged with
driving on a revoked/suspended license and ignition interlock
device and released on $3,000 bond.
Leslie Jenene Stinnett, 24, Lenoir City, was
charged with failure to appear-municipal court and criminal
impersonation and held on $6,000 bond.
July 5
Matthew Paul Bingham, 38, Greenback, was
charged with violation of probation and held on $8,000 bond.
Sandra Marie Dean, 33, Lenoir City, was charged
with simple possession/casual exchange and theft under $1,000
and released on $2,000 bond. She was charged July 6 with
promoting prostitution and resisting arrest and held without
bond.
Christopher Lee Gibson, 46, Knoxville, was
charged with manufacture, sell, delivery and resale of a
Schedule I substance, manufacture, sell, delivery and resale of
a Schedule II substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and
tampering/fabricating with evidence and released on $87,000
bond. Observing a 2002 black Audi leaving a gas station without
its registration, LCSO Inv. Jamie Ketner stopped the vehicle and
identified Gibson and another woman in the passenger seat.
During the traffic stop, Ketner saw a cut straw and metal lid to
a pill container in Gibsons lap, which he tried to conceal.
Gibson was asked to exit the vehicle, and he handed Ketner the
container with two orange pills and three white pills. Mr.
Gibson did have a prescription for the Diazepam, but not for the
oxymorphone, Ketner wrote in his report. Approximately 3.3
grams of a brown powder substance that field tested positive for
heroin, the blue cut straw and $3,434 in U.S. currency were
found in the vehicle and on Mr. Gibson. Mr. Gibson stated the
heroin was his and he used the heroin to control pain. Gibson
said heroin and pills were his, according to the report.
Olivia Greer Goddard, 26, Lenoir City, was
charged failure to appear-general sessions and leaving the scene
of accident with property damage and held without bond.
John Darren Hardin, 52, Knoxville, was charged
with driving under the influence and driving on a
revoked/suspended license and released on $6,000 bond.
Charlotte Bronwyn Kiker, 53, Norcross, Ga., was
charged with driving under the influence and open container and
held on $12,000 bond.
George Scott Mizer, 30, Knoxville, was charged
with driving on a revoked/suspended license and released on
$2,500 bond.
James Richard Orr, 24, Lenoir City, was charged
with violation of probation and held on $2,000 bond.
Kenneth George Shepherd, 27, Sweetwater, was
charged with failure to appear-general sessions and held without
bond.
July 6
Roy Anderson Baker, 52, Lenoir City, was
charged with failure to appear and held without bond.
Terry Dustin King, 29, Loudon, was charged
driving on a revoked/suspended license and possession of drug
paraphernalia and held without bond.
Joshua Finnis Kirkland, 30, Loudon, was charged
with public intoxication and released on $1,000 bond.
Odis Lee Martin, 33, Lenoir City, was charged
with three counts of contempt of court and released on $848
bond.
Ricky Glenn Powell, 41, Lenoir City, was
charged with criminal trespass and held without bond.
Trevor Allen Reynolds, 21, Lenoir City, was
charged with violation of probation and held on $20,000 bond.
Daniel Joseph Roberts, 29, Maryville, was
charged with criminal court capias and failure to appear-general
sessions and held without bond.
Timothy Scott Tears II, 34, Vonore, was charged
with public intoxication and released on $1,000 bond.
Kristopher Scott Whitehead, 42, Greenback, was
charged with violation of probation and held without bond.
July 7
Alex James Degenstein, 18, Vonore, was charged
with underage consumption and released on $2,000 bond.
Zachary Oneil Hugg, 18, Knoxville, was charged
with underage possession of alcohol and underage consumption and
released on $4,000 bond.
Alexander James Iman, 18, Knoxville, was
charged with simple possession/casual exchange, possession of
drug paraphernalia and underage possession of alcohol and
released on $6,000 bond. Observing a black Honda travel east on
Highway 11 and cross the center line, LCSO Deputy Robbie Lane
conducted a traffic stop at Muddy Creek Road. Lane talked with
Iman, Zachary Hugg and a 17-year-old girl, who was picked up by
family. Hugg said he had been drinking. Lane could smell a
strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle, but
could not smell alcohol on Iman. Hugg had an odor of alcohol.
Mr. Hugg stated he had a glass of wine at a party, Lane wrote
in his report. I asked if the wine was inside the car and Mr.
Hugg stated it was in the back of the car. Iman said he had
marijuana and a pipe in the back seat, which proved to be true
when Lane found a blue and brown glass pipe with resident and
two plastic bags with a green leafy substance. The weight of the
marijuana was about 6.5 grams, according to the report.
David Lee Queener, 40, McMinn County, was
charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license, driving
under the influence, violation of implied consent and
possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $12,000 bond.
Christopher Lee Rogers, 38, Greenback, was
charged with theft of property and held on $25,000 bond.
Brittany Gail Shannon, 28, Lenoir City, was
charged with assisting other agency and released without
bond.
Jody Dean Townsend, 46, Loudon, was charged
with violation of probation and released on $20,000 bond.
Terri Leighann Aikens, 41, Loudon, was
charged with theft under $1,000 and released on $1,000 bond.
Jeremiah Charles Burchfield, 42, Loudon,
was charged with violation of probation and held without
bond.
Nicole Ann Gibson, 28, Lenoir City, was
charged with theft of property and held on $10,000 bond.
Josey Tee Jenkins, 37, Harriman, was
charged with criminal court capias and held on $20,000
bond.
Conner Boyd Jones, 33, Knoxville, was
charged with driving under the influence and released on
$1,000 bond.
Dustin Ray McNabb, 33, Lenoir City, was
charged with violation of probation and contempt of
court and released on $20,300 bond.
Charles Dewayne Ramsey, 30, Knoxville,
was charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license
and theft of property and held on $22,000 bond.

charged with failure to appear and held without bond.
Corey Lee Farr, 25, Lenoir City, was
charged with contempt of court, failure to pay child
support and failure to appear and held on $678 bond.

charged with driving under the influence, violation of
implied consent and simple possession/casual exchange
