I have talked to the TBI  Agent investigating the Hurley matter. He made contact with her attorney, T Scott Jones, this week. According to the agent, Jones indicated that he was not going to let commissioner Hurley be directly interview. He plans to send the agent a statement. Once he receives the statement he will put it in the file and get the file to me. That will conclude his investigation unless, when I review the file, there is something more I need for him to do.

Once I get all of that together I will get a report to the county commission. As some of you know, the TBI Agent and an investigator from my office both approached Ms. Hurley at her home and she refused to talk to TBI, but she did make some informal statements to my investigator relative to her use of the house as a place for her real estate motivational sales business.
