The current phase is to stabilize and sanitize. The building has been supported and enclosed. For the next several months, a temporary HVAC system will be in operation to completely dry out the entire structure. This will mitigate the mold, dry out all the interior and allow the next phase to begin, reconstruction.

To date, the insurance company has spent $1,123,817 on the project and related loses from the fire. According to the insurance company, they will pay for everything related to the fire with no limit.
