In addition to the regular meeting and swearing in of elected officials, Lenoir City mayor, Tony Aikens, will make a recommendation to council for a replacement for the late councilman, Harry Wampler's vacant seat at tonight's council meeting (11/21/16). The appointee's name has not yet been released.
