Seems every provider that can is racing to bring fiber optic, high speed
internet to the east end of Loudon County, ATT, Spectrum and now LCUB.
Currently, LCUB's subcontractors are working in several neighborhoods
and based on the reports I've gotten, they've hit lots of gas lines,
waterlines, and cut a lot of folks existing cable lines.
Just so everybody knows, the county can't do anything about it. If you're having issues with the LCUB contractors, you'll have to call LCUB. Not sure what they can or will do but that's who you have to contact. Their phone number is 1-844-687-5282. Don't know if that will get you a live person or not but that's the place to start. |
