Come On By

Normally, I wouldn't even do this story, but since Mr. Brewster took it on himself to step into the political arena, then he deserves the same scrutiny as anyone else in the public realm.

Last month, Mr. Ken Brewster, owner of Brewster's Service Group, wanted to buy a parcel of property in the Center 75 Industrial Park in Loudon. Ultimately, county commission rejected the offer. After that, Mr. Brewster took to his social media account to make disparaging comments and wild, false accusations toward the county commissioners who voted not to sell him the property. It was all uncalled for.

Fast forward a couple weeks and Mr. Brewster finds himself in a bit of hot water.

Below is the incident report and the affidavit of complaint filed against Mr. Brewster after he had a fight with another gentleman. Allegedly, the other gentleman was making remarks about Mr. Brewster, where as Mr. Brewster invited that gentleman to come on by his office and make the same comments. Allegedly, the other gentleman did go by the office and that's when the fight started.

I don't know Mr. Brewster or Mr. Blevins. I do not know what history brought them together. But Mr. Blevins filed a complaint on Mr. Brewster and he has been summoned to court to answer the allegations.

5/5 Loudon County Commission. Please explain why you rejected a full asking price offer for a LOCAL BUSINESS to relocate to to an EMPTY CENTRE 75 BUSINESS PARK? We asked for NO PILOTS OR INCENTIVES. Our proposal fits what you have already approved for use in this BUSINESS PARK.

I can’t imagine that y’all would violate the sunshine law on this either? Right? Surely kellie Littleton Brewster and van shaver wouldn’t do that. Right van and Kelly? GARY WHITFIELD can you explain? Henry Cullen can you?

3 entities approved without objection!! But you did!! Why?

Citizens of Loudon and Loudon county. Something stinks here and it’s starts and ends on main st in Loudon. PROVE ME WRONG. I DOUBLE DOG DARE ANYONE TOO

Ohh I don’t want to hear the bs of this is just a family feud. Prove that too.

We just want to keep our business in Loudon and Loudon County. Why do you all not want 86+ jobs to remain here? Wait can all of you honestly say you did not violate the sunshine law at the very least and demonstrated discrimination by this action?

1. Full asking price offer on 15 acres in an empty Centre 75

2. No pilots or incentives asked for.

3. Retail already approved for 2 businesses

4. EDA Executive Board unanimous approval

5. Full EDA Body unanimous approval

6. Loudon City unanimous approval

7. Loudon County Commission FAILED!!

Tim Brewster and kellie —Littleton—- Brewster y’all had nothing to do with this because y’all abstained right? NOT ONE CALL? To anyone right????

5/5 Loudon County Commissioner Van Shaver defending his no vote on the sale of property in Centre 75 Business Park to a local company at full asking price and no incentives states what??? We have it priced too low so I’m voting no???

Please explain?? I know you can’t ethically but why don’t you try? You never talked about this transaction with any other commissioner’s right Mr Holy One! Come on tell the truth one time

Contradiction, lies and personal agendas. Where did you get the letter posted on your “site” stating MAYBE THIS? You just found it right? The Littleton - Brewster’s didn’t provide that too??? Of course not. They abstain from all negativity right??

5/5 Commissioner Gary Whitfield you said what in DEFENSE of your “no vote” on sale of Centre 75 BUSINESS PARK Property at FULL ASKING PRICE & NO INCENTIVES??

And you had absolutely no questions about something that affects so many during the meeting just like the rest of the “no votes”. No discussion at the meeting and you had no discussion prior to with any other commissioners “potentially violating the sunshine law” right? No discussion?? No question?

Not only did you vote no on this but stated you would vote NO EVEN IF IT WERE Lowe’s and or Home Depot? Really? You would do that to a community that says it wants and needs growth? And your not mad that when a business you were affiliated with burned and you inquired then about Cente 75 and were turned down (before restrictions were re-evaluated) had nothing to do with your vote now? Why bring it up if not?? Just a question. It’s legitimate right or are we in an “alleged family feud” too

How many hours have gone by since I asked legitimate questions of Van Shaver 5th (you know hide behind keyboard van), Kelly Littleton Brewster 1st ( you know her, well it’s almost election time so y’all may know her as Kelly Littleton-Brewster. Gotta get that hyphen in be be first on the ballot right?), Gary Whitfield 4th ( you know him too. No Lowe’s no Home Depot/ I couldn’t get it so no one can) and Henry Cullen 7th ( there’s nothing on this one other than you said BEFORE the “ethically challenged” vote to sell the land. “Been empty long enough”)Who/what changed your mind with NO DISCUSSION at the meeting?
 

So I said all that to show to date the only response is “keyboardmanvans) request for information on the bid that saved tax payers of The City of Lenoir City TN.

Are you planning to attack my company’s integrity again the way you and Loudon City Councilman Tim Brewster have and continued to do since the alliance?

Wait.. I’m sorry that you and the Littleton Brewster’s oops Littleton-Brewster’s (election is coming) aren’t aware of that definition. To save y’all some time so you can honestly answer the questions, I could include Webster’s definition of  TRANSPARENT/ TRANSPARENCY but hidebehindkeyboardvan can type faster and I have a job with 86+ families depending on me every day. Oops I’m sorry again for talking over your heads. Jobs and working hard for something is obviously way beyond your comprehension.

Loudon Councilman Tim Brewster is not permitted on any Brewster company or personal property’s since his termination from Brewster’s for theft of property) LPD notified him and recovered some of the stolen items that were not already sold. Again that dang transparency!!!
