Clinton man involved in two incidents on same day
A Clinton man is facing multiple charges after being
involved in a domestic call early June 27 and found with drug
paraphernalia in a separate incident the same day.
Dispatched to North E Street, Lenoir City Police
Officer Dennis Guider met a woman who said her ex-boyfriend, Kelly
Matthew Dick, stayed the night and became upset, punched holes in
her wall and stole her vehicle, which was found off Harrison Road.
In a separate incident, 9th Judicial District Drug Task Force agents
observed a black Honda on Grove Street with a male passenger hanging
out the window. Officers identified Dick and driver Haley Alysse
Wiggins at a gas station nearby.
While speaking with Mr. Dick he informed officers
that he was in possession of a hypodermic needle and a search where
Dick was sitting agents located a set of digital scales and a
plastic container with a crystal residue in it, April Farmer, DTF
agent, wrote in a report. Dick had active warrants out of Lenoir
City.
Wiggins was seen attempting to place something
down the front of her pants. A search of Wiggins found two
plastic containers containing a small amount of marijuana, a
piece of an adderall pill and a piece of a xanax pill. Wiggins
also had a violation of probation warrant.
Dick was also involved in a fight with Jeremy
Russel Vandermeeden in jail Thursday.
Dick, 35, was charged with possession of drug
paraphernalia, theft over $1,000 and vandalism and held on
$12,000 bond.
Wiggins, 33, Lenoir City, was charged with three
counts of simple possession/casual exchange and violation of
probation and held on $16,000 bond.
June 25
Amanda Sara Elizabeth Carroll, 24, homeless,
was charged with theft over $1,000 and held on $50,000 bond.
Kelin Herma Domingez Del Sid, 27, Knoxville,
was charged with driving without a valid a license and
patronizing prostitution and held on $3,500 bond.
Jason Alvin Lakes, 28, Lenoir City, was charged
with aggravated assault and held on $20,000 bond. Dispatched to
Industrial Park Drive, Loudon County Sheriffs Office Deputy
Cody Fritts met two other officers and a woman who said she
asked Lakes if he could help her children while she went to the
doctor. Lakes allegedly became upset, threw his video game
controller across the room and went into the kitchen and busted
a plastic water bottle. Mr. Lakes then took a butcher knife and
raised it up towards (the womans) face yelling at her to get
out, Fritts wrote in the report. Lakes could not determine why
he got mad, but he remembered breaking his controller and a
water bottle and threatening the woman with a knife.
Jonathan Lee Monroe, 41, Clinton, was charged
with failure to appear and released on $4,000 bond.
Jamies Nichols Wilhelm, 33, Niota, was charged
with a Monroe County warrant and a McMinn County warrant and
released without bond.
June 26
Nicholas Allen Bahr, 25, Loudon, was charged
with general sessions court capias and held without bond.
Scottie Lee Denton, 33, Knoxville, was charged
with violation of probation and held without bond.
Anne Sorrells Harmon, 56, Lebanon, was charged
with driving under the influence, possession of a handgun while
under the influence and simple possession/casual exchange and
released on $7,000 bond.
Sarah Elizabeth Tinnel, 38, Sweetwater, was
charged with contempt of court and held on $150 bond.
William Keith Wampler, 47, Philadelphia, was
charged with driving under the influence, driving on a
revoked/suspended license and violation of probation and
released on $4,500 bond.
June 27
Terri Leigh Ann Aikens-Parks, 42, Lenoir City,
was charged with two counts of theft of property and released on
$4,000 bond.
Jeremy Russel Vandermeeden, 37, Greenback, was
charged with assault and violation of community corrections and
held without bond. Advised of a fight between two jail inmates,
LCSO Deputy Cody Bengel found Vandermeeden and Kelly Matthew
Dick in front of each other yelling. Dick was taken to medical
for a forehead laceration that required six stitches. Further
investigation revealed Vandermeeden punched Dick, pushed him to
the ground and kneed his face.
Mary Joe Jones, 38, Knoxville, was charged with
general sessions court capias and released without bond.
Peggy Mary Margaret Kahr, 81, Loudon, was
charged with driving under the influence and released on $2,500
bond. Hearing the report of a reckless driver on Highway 11,
LCSO Deputy Kenny Palmer was in the area and learned from
dispatch a white Mercedes was all over the roadway. Palmer
spotted the vehicle near a grocery store around the intersection
of Highways 11 and 321. I got behind the vehicle at which time
the light turned green, Palmer wrote in the report. The
vehicle just sit at the light for several seconds after it had
the opportunity to turn left. The vehicle then started to go and
turned left onto Highway 321. Palmer noted the vehicle drove
down the middle of the highway in both lanes, at which point he
activated his lights and conducted a traffic stop on Elm Hill
Drive. Palmer met Kahr, who had red glossy eyes and had a
strong odor of alcohol. Kahr admitted to drinking a couple
glasses of wine while eating at a restaurant in Farragut.
Bryna N. Williams, 28, Loudon, was charged with
two counts of contempt of court and held on $1,100 bond.
Travis Brian Williams, 38, Loudon, was charged
with violation of probation and held without bond.
David James Woods, 28, Oliver Springs, was
charged with evading arrest, driving on a revoked/suspended
license and reckless endangerment and held without bond.
June 28
Joshua Edward Allison, 41, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving under the influence, driving on a
revoked/suspended license and violation of probation and held on
$2,000 bond.
Tyler Lee Harris, 54, Lenoir City, was charged
with accessory after the fact and held on $30,000 bond.
Stanley Matlock, 55, Lenoir City, was charged
with accessory after the fact and held on $30,000 bond.
James Allen McMillan, 35, Maryville, was
charged with failure to appear and held without bond.
Brandon Thomas Myers, 26, Loudon, was charged
with violation of probation and held without bond.
Marcus Anthony Rogers, 45, Lenoir City, was
charged with general sessions court capias and held without
bond.
June 29
Jeremy Paul Griffith, 43, Sweetwater, was
charged with failure to appear and released on $4,000 bond.
Cletis Eugene McCurry, 51, Lenoir City, was
charged with reckless endangerment with a weapon and held
without bond.
Patrick Ryan Voight, 20, Lenoir City, was
charged with theft of property and held without bond.
June 30
Joseph Richard Heiple, 34, Lenoir City, was
charged with violation of probation and held on $2,000 bond.
Danny Lynn McDonald, 61, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving under the influence and released on
$1,500 bond.
Monica Elise Murphy, 28, Lenoir City, was
charged with domestic assault-misdemeanor and held without
bond.
Ronnie Alan Odell, 47, Sweetwater, was
charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license and
released on $2,000 bond.
Joshua Alan Underwood, 31, Loudon, was
charged with domestic assault-misdemeanor and aggravated
burglary and held on $25,000 bond.
July 1
Santons Francisco Aranda, 39, Knoxville,
was charged with driving without a license and held without
bond.
Alan Lynn Eldridge, 55, Sweetwater, was
charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license and
released on $2,000 bond.
Katelyn Danielle Kadau, 23, Tellico Plains,
was charged with violation of probation and held without
bond.
Jose Domingo Marcos-Andres, 28, Pigeon
Forge, was charged with driving on a revoked/suspended
license, driving under the influence and evading arrest and
held on $11,000 bond.
Carol McConkey, 69, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving under the influence and released on
$1,500 bond.
Donny Tan Truong, 36, Norcross, Ga., was
charged with failure to move over for emergency vehicle,
evading arrest, simple possession/casual exchange and
driving on roadways landed for traffic and held without
bond.
July 2
Billy Frank Davis, 36, Loudon, was charged
with two juvenile court attachments and held on $397 bond.
Michael Eugene Green, 56, Kingston, was
charged with driving under the influence, violation of
implied consent and manufacture, sell, delivery or resale of
a Schedule III substance and held without bond.
Thessolonie Edward-Glenn Morgan, 27,
Warren, Mich., was charged with seven counts of identity
theft and six counts of criminal simulation and held without
bond. Morgan was stopped by Lenoir City Police Officer Tyler
Silvey at a retail store on U.S. Highway 321 regarding
suspicious persons suspected of using cloned credit cards
at the self-checkout register, Lenoir City Inv. Brad Brown
wrote in a report. It was subsequently determined that the
defendant did knowingly and intentionally possess a
debit/credit card that was so made to appear as authentic
however was reprogrammed to contain the account number of an
identity theft victim. Dewayne Smith was the other suspect.
Dewayne Smith, Franklin, Mich., was charged
with six counts of identity theft, six counts of criminal
simulation and identity theft trafficking and held without
bond.
Candy Lea Parker, 40, Decatur, was charged
with driving under the influence and held without bond.
