Case Postponed
| Back in 2022, former Greenback City councilwoman,
Robin Peeler Blankenship, was indicted for Wire Fraud from her employer
Erie Insurance. Charges included knowingly submitting 135 claims
resulting in 144 payments of $132,528.72 to an account controlled by
her.
Ms. Blankenship has pled not guilty. The trial was to take place September 12th but was been continued to January 16th, 2024. The case has now been rescheduled to reset to April 24th. Below is a link to the continued document and previous documents. |
