Bridge Opening
| State officials I spoke with this week say that one
side of the new bridge over the Tennessee River below the dam will be
open before the end of this month.
It will just be two lanes open for now while the rest of the new bridge is completed. The old bridge over the dam is slated for demolition to begin shortly there after. We'll see if they make it.
