Brewster To Grand Jury
From District Attorney Russell Johnson- In response to media inquiries --- The case involving former Loudon City Councilman Tim Brewster, wherein he is charged by the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office with two warrants accusing Brewster for stalking and harassing Solid Waste Disposal Commission member Pat Hunter, was bound over to the Loudon County Grand Jury by Roane County General Sessions Judge Terry Stevens on Tuesday after a short hearing wherein Brewster and his attorney, Robert Hinton, agreed to waive the right to a preliminary hearing and have the case bound over to the December term of the Loudon County Grand Jury. District Attorney General Russell Johnson is prosecuting the case. Roane County General Judge Terry Stevens was presiding over the case by interchange due to both Loudon County General Sessions Judges, Rex Dale and Hank Sledge, recusing themselves. |
