The case against Ken Brewster has been dismissed. According to documents from the court, the case was dismissed, Nolle Pros, which means "legal notice or entry of record that the prosecutor or plaintiff has decided to abandon the prosecution or lawsuit. The victim was also advised he could file a civil lawsuit against Brewster.
