The development is located off Hwy. 321 about a half mile past Interstate Battery going toward Interstate 40 or about a mile and a half from Eatons Crossroads. The development does not have any road frontage and can not be seen from the highway. However, the property has a 50'x900' right of way through the Bowater and Hiwassee Land Company properties from 321 back to the development.

The original development was approved for 221 single-family homes and 270 low-to-moderate apartments on the 124 acre property. Obviously, the development is a long way from it's original plan, which is good the community.

While it may be out of sight, it's certainly not out of mind,  it's effect on the city and county will sure be felt.
