In Greenback, incumbent Mayor, Dewayne Birchfield will be unopposed. Only three candidates qualified for the four alderman seats. Linda Black and Delmar Davis will be returning incumbents. Tina Baker will be new to the council. After the election, the aldermen will need to appoint someone to fill the vacant seat.

In Lenoir City, incumbent Mayor, Tony Aikens, will be unopposed. Jimmy Wilburn will be unopposed for the Treasurer/Recorder seat. In the council race, 6 candidates qualified for the three seats on the ballot. Only two incumbents qualified to seek re-election, Eddie Simpson and Jennifer Wampler. In the Lenoir City School Board race, 4 candidates qualified for the 3 seats. All three incumbents, Chadwick, McNish and Ledbetter qualified.

In Philadelphia, current alderman Damian Crawford will be unopposed for the mayor seat. 5 candidates qualified for the 4 alderman seats. None are incumbents.
