The note on the pouch says, " after opening, refrigerate if not used in three days". I'll assure you, if you open it, it's not going to last three days, maybe not three minutes.

No doubt it will be great for my cardiovascular disease but Man , O man, that's some good stuff. Try you a pouch. But you better buy more than one.
