The property where the now closed Aubrey's restaurant is located has sold. According to deed records, Fort Loudoun Medical Center bought the property for $2,000,000.00. The property was owned by Oliver A Smith IV Trustee.

Fort Loudon Medical Center has not announced their plans for the property.
