Aubrey's Closing
| Aubrey's employees, in Lenoir City, were told this
week that the restaurant would be closing in mid February. This was
confirmed at Monday's Lenoir City council meeting. Mayor Tony Aikens
stated that the store was closing and the owner had bought property on
Town Creek Parkway to build another restaurant. Aikens did not say if it
would be another Aubrey's. Employees were told they could work at other
Aubrey's locations.
Unconfirmed reports are that Fort Loudon Hospital is looking at the property for additional parking. |
