Anthony Howard, Wayne Blankenship, Buddy Bradshaw
| Recently, Lenoir City native, now Ohio resident,
Anthony Howard donated two prints, he owned, to Loudon County. Both
prints were painted by local artist, Wayne Blankenship.
Both were official prints of the Dogwoods Arts Festival in 2003 and 2006. The one with the flag is entitled Southern Pride and the other is entitled Appalachian Spring. Thanks to Mr. Howard for the generous donations.
This was not Mr. Howard's first art donation to the county. Last year, he donated a print of the old Loudon Bridge that was painted by the late Judge Bill Russell.
