Another Hotel
| Last week, the Lenoir City Planning Commission
approved the site plan for another new hotel in Lenoir City on Hwy 321.
The new hotel will be located just above Bimbos gas station at 1216 Hwy
321. The property owner is Diva Hospitality, LLC. The hotel will be four stories with 111 rooms and 113 parking spaces on the 2.93 acre lot. The owners said they hope to begin construction of the hotel in the first quarter of 2025.
