| As the destruction of Lenoir City, by Lenoir City
officials, continues, Marcus Lyons recently announced on social media
that his company had acquired the Horne property at the intersection of
Hwy. 321 and Hwy. 70 for a large scaled, rental housing development.
Hash Tag-BTR-Built To Rent, Hash Tag-SFR-Single Family Rental. Note, one of their entrance/exit streets to the development is directly across from Hickory Creek Road, entrance to Eaton and North Middle Schools. Wait till that gets added to the school traffic. This makes a total of 1,484 new residential units that have been approved by the city this year. |
