Absentee/Mail In
There is a difference. Been a lot of talk about mail in voting the last few weeks due to the Chinese COVID virus. There seems to be some confusion between absentee and mail in voting. Absentee voting has been around for decades. In Tennessee, anyone over the age of sixty is eligible to request an absentee ballot and there are other qualifiers. In order to receive an absentee ballot, there are several steps of security and verifications that have to be met to prove the identity of the absentee voter. What the democrats are pushing now is an entire different issue. They want anyone and everyone to just be able to mail in their ballots with no means to verify if the person mailing a ballot is the actual person casting the vote. That's just a recipe for voter fraud. The democrats know there's no legitimate way they can win the presidency in November without some kind of trickery. That's what mail in voting is all about. |
