So, we have a state official sending an endorsement letter for McNally on state letterhead, on state stationary with state postage and I'm sure it was probably written on state time. Just seems a little odd. Didn't know that kind of thing was appropriate. Of course, he forgot to mention anything about McNally being responsible for passing the gas tax increase or secretly pushing through the liquor stores in Tellico Village without any input from local governments. Guess Lillard just forgot about those.
